Golf 2 Golf established in 1997, is a family-run business specialising in Ladies golf apparel & accessories through wholesale, B2B, direct to consumer & marketplace sales channels. Our talented team covers a diverse range of creative, operational, and technical roles and works across strategy & concept.
We are looking for a dynamic & enthusiastic individual to join our team. In this role, you will undertake day-to-day shopkeeping involving customer services, replenishment & dealing with online returns. You will be working in a busy positive environment, where you will need to self-manage tasks to ensure you are able to hit deadlines & provide excellent customer service. This role requires someone who is flexible, keen to take on new responsibilities, and is willing to help with additional tasks and support as and when necessary with a warm & friendly approach to customers along with tasks. We are looking for an individual who is able to work out of hours for shop events on an occasional basis.

Purpose of the role:

- Increase sales through consistency in the customer service experience and product knowledge (i.e. fit, sizing, fabric content, ranges, etc)
- Maintain maximum stock availability through effective use of replenishment
- Welcome all customers entering the store with a friendly and warm approach while reaming calm, professional, and focused, acting as a brand ambassador in difficult situations.
- Provide a quick & easy returns solution for our customers.

Key areas of responsibility will be to assist the management team in the following areas:

- Maintain housekeeping standards, ensuring all front and back of house areas are kept clean and
- Effectively maintain best practices within your stockroom to ensure that all stock is in line with company guidelines
- Assist the management team in effectively and accurately executing all floor moves, promotions and range launches in line with company guidelines to ensure that deadlines are met
- Deal with customer enquiries and refunds professionally and effectively, converting refunds into sales opportunities where possible
- Processing of returns from the refund to put backs.
- Arrange in-store events to drive sales
- To question the existing processes to push the business forward with innovation

Position: Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 hours per week 10 am - 3 pm Monday to Friday.
