**Contract Type: Full time, permanent**

**The Opportunity**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting operations on-site
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with LOLER, PUWER, and company HSE standards
- Conduct risk assessments and prepare lift plans in conjunction with appointed persons
- Inspect rigging equipment regularly and maintain accurate records
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for rigging crews
- Liaise with crane operators, engineers, and other site personnel
- Allocate tasks to riggers and monitor work quality and safety compliance
- Ensure all permits and documentation are completed before lifting operations
- Respond to any safety incidents or equipment issues promptly

**Requirements of role**:

- Proven experience as a Rigging Supervisor or Senior Rigger
- Valid CPCS or NPORS certification (Lifting Operations Supervisor)
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma
- In-depth knowledge of lifting best practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and lift plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- IOSH Managing safely
- CSCS Card
