**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Transport Control**: Monitor and manage the flow of vehicles entering and leaving the premises, ensuring proper authorization and logging all movements.
- **Search Duties**: Conduct thorough searches of vehicles, personnel, and deliveries as required to maintain site security.
- **Patrol Duties**: Perform regular patrols of the premises, identifying and reporting any security breaches or hazards.
- **ICT Tasks**: Utilize systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other software to complete reports, logs, and maintain accurate records.
- **Systems Operation**: Operate access control systems, CCTV, and other security equipment to monitor and secure the site.
- **Communication**: Provide clear, professional communication both verbally and in writing, ensuring accurate handovers and reports.
- **Customer Focus**: Deliver a high level of customer service to all visitors, contractors, and staff, acting as a key point of contact for any inquiries or assistance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a security role, with a focus on transport control, search, and patrol duties.
- Proficiency in using ICT systems, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- A customer-focused approach, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and courteously.
- Valid SIA DS licence
- Physical fitness to carry out patrol and search duties.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Access to your own vehicle

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.40 per hour
