Right now, we’re on a quest to find an exceptional and innovative **Night Guest Service Assistant **to join our busy Operations team. You’ll be looking after our beautiful property located in the heart of Edinburgh.

Every night is different. You’ll be responsible for the property overnight, making sure we meet our guests and visitors expectations and ensure their safety. You’ll be fundamental in creating a superb first and lasting impression of our community and central in creating the Native identity. You’ll bring positive energy to each conversation, resolve issues quickly and effectively and make everyone feel welcome and appreciated.

**If you want to be our next Native, you’ll probably have**:

- Previous experience of working nights in a Hotel or Aparthotel.
- A bright and clear communication style
- Exceptional experience of guest services, hospitality or property.
- Pride in what you do
- An ability to create positive relationships
- Great attention to detail
- An ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure

**Salary**: £11.60 per hour
