Our product portfolio ranges from disinfectant wipes and hand gels (Clinell) to medical equipment (rediroom) and covers products classified as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biocides, and cosmetics.As infection prevention has become a global priority, the demand has increased for our innovative, reliable products across new industries and new countries.

As a result of this growth, our newly established Legal team are looking for a dynamic Legal Counsel. Reporting to the Legal Director, this role will support the drafting and negotiation of a range of contracts.

**What will you do?**
- Provide high quality and commercially focused legal advice to stakeholders across the organisation both in the UK and globally
- Advise on, draft, negotiate and finalise a range of contracts with the support of our Legal Director and Senior Legal Counsel (including manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, research and collaboration agreements, supply agreements, confidentialityagreements, letters of authorization etc.)
- Administer the Contract Management System, giving guidance to the business where necessary
- Support the Legal team by conducting legal research on a range of complex issues (this might cover corporate compliance, public procurement, IP management and licensing, competition law, GDPR etc.)
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents
- Assist in the preparation and approval of contracts, utilizing appropriate templates where available
- Monitor and interpret the relevant legislation

**What will you need?**
- Excellent collaboration skills as you’ll be supporting the business globally. Key stakeholders will include Sales, Regulatory and Marketing
- To be a resilient, dynamic individual, keen to progress their legal career
- To be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales is essential
- Knowledge or experience of trademark law, GDPR and competition law would be highly advantageous but not essential
