Our client a rapidly growing renewable energy business are looking to recruit a Diary Coordinator/Scheduler to join their small but friendly team. They are focussed on providing an exceptional service and good quality products at fair prices. They combine thiswith first-class installation and excellent customer care from the initial enquiry through to post-sales support.
We are looking for an organised diary Coordinator to manage and book in work with efficiency, organisation and attention to detail. In this business, the Diary Coordinator is a key role allowing for the smooth transition from work being booked in to being completedby the engineers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the diaries of your allocated engineers
Monitor open jobs to ensure engineers are dispatched within the timeframe
Managing a changing workload
Liaising with engineers
You will have:
Great problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to think outside the box and use own initiative
Have excellent communication skills
This will suit someone who can cope in a fast-paced environment, loves organisation, coordinating and planning alongside internal teams and customers.
Skills crucial to success in this role:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with customer enquiries efficiently and effectively
A confident, self-motivated individual with strong business and organisational skills
Ability to excel under pressure and when working to tight deadlines, yet capable of demonstrating initiative, producing results and making sound decisions
Ambition to progress and enthusiasm for learning and development
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office, and quick to learn new software systems.
Hours of work 9am 6pm Monday Friday
Salary £22,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience.
