We always seek to promote from within, have an excellent rate of staff retention, and are locally known to be a fun employer" - availability to work at least 4 days per week - availability to work every other **weekend**: - Have a full UK driving licence (or equivalent) - Have access to your **own vehicle** - this role is not suitable for walkers - full **legal right to work in the UK**: - We **do not** have licence **to issue CoS**: - Be prepared to go through our 3-day induction training at our Gillingham office **The role (typical daily tasks)** Our clients depend on our team of dedicated CareGivers to help and support them with the activities of daily living in their own homes.
