**Project Manager, Northampton, £30-40k**
My client is a multi-award winning and respected company within the Exhibitions and Events arena, who has built a reputation on quality of service and providing a complete bespoke solution.
Working as part of a dedicated Exhibitions Project Management Team, you will have the opportunity to handle jobs for many international brands and household name accounts. The successful PM will be responsible for managing complete life cycle of each assignedcustom/bespoke design/build projects.
**Responsibilities**
*Liaising with other Departments/Teams to ensure the process runs smoothly from design to production/manufacture.
*Liaising with the client(s) keep them update on status, highlighting any issues (if applicable) and gaining final approval prior to manufacture.
*Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within agreed budget.
*Handle specifications and co-ordinating manufacturing through to delivery.
*Organise pre-build meetings obtaining final approval.
*Produce onsite timetables for Build and Breakdown.
*Produce de-brief sheets, obtain client feedback and hold de-brief meetings
*Attend sites when required (UK & Overseas) for handover

**Requirements**:
*Exhibition Project Management or Account Handling background
*Highly organised, with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously
*Experience of managing complex projects from design to completion
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
Due to the nature of the industry and this type of position there maybe time when you will be working outside of conventional office hours this may well include late nights/early starts and occasional weekends.
