**About the Role**

Working closely with the CEO and in the mid-to-higher price bracket, the position will involve retaining and growing an impressive market share through new business development, sales negotiation and sales progression, while preserving our 5* rated customer service.

**The Job Requires**:

- Professionalism & exemplary customer service skills
- Consistent new business development
- Ability to understand management accounts and executive reporting
- Leadership, mentoring, professional guidance, direction and supervision of the sales team
- Regularly reviewing performance and implementing strategies to meet targets
- Regular market and financial analysis and reporting
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve business objectives
- Ensuring industry compliance with evolving regulations
- Working with the marketing team to maximise all opportunities
- Working with the sales progression team to ensure successful completion of sales

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Weymouth, DT3 6PU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
