- Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm 40 hours per week (Plus Out of Hours Rota)
- DBS check required
- Clean Driving licence required

**So what’s the role all about?**

We currently have an opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join our dedicated team in the Midlands. The role is for a Multi-trade and you will be carrying a number of repairs in different trades. These repairs are varied; please see the Role Profile for more detail about a typical week (although no week is ever the same as plenty of variety) and you can be travelling around for small jobs some days, including material sourcing. You need to be very self organised to succeed in delivering a first class serve to our customers

**Job Requirements**:

- Carry out quality and efficient building repairs to both unoccupied and occupied properties, working safely and respecting customers always.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Customers.
- Manage time effectively.
- Plan and prioritise your own workload
**We really want to hear from you if;**
- Have the ability to carry out general day to day housing repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating or plastering.
- Have experience of housing maintenance/ remedial works and have experience of Decent Homes Kitchen and Bathroom programmes.
- You have a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in the Building Trade.
- You have a full driving licence.
