MBA are currently recruiting for a home-based Customer Service Advisor to join the Out of Hours team based in an exciting global organisation in central Glasgow. **As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be required to complete the following tasks;**
- Providing exceptional service to policy holders contacting the Out of Hours services.
- Raising invoices and contacting third parties where necessary
- Data input, ensuring all information is captured and inputted onto internal systems
- Working on large case-loads to ensure we are in line with SLA’s

**What we’re looking for from a Customer Service Adviso**r;
- Experience in customer service within a call centre/office environment
- Previous experience working within the insurance industry would be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and with a varied workload
- Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word.
- Team player with passion for helping others
- Proactive, able to work with initiative

**Customer Service Advisor Job Details;**
- Full time role 35hrs, shifted between Mondays - Sunday.
- Week-day shifts between 5pm - 11pm, weekend shifts 9am - 9pm (you’ll only work one day over the weekend)
- Permanent position
- Training provided
- Home based role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,500.00 per year
