**Title**: Senior Brand Manager

**Salary**: £50,000-£60,000

**Location**: Bracknell

**Contract**: Permanent, Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our client's growing team. You will lead the brand delivering strong brand performance, NPDs, building brand awareness and achieving commercial targets.

We are looking for an intuitive individual, with the ability to balance business rigour and strategic principles with the need for pace, agility and the confidence to take calculated risks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing the brands commercial and consumer strategy
- Ownership of the brands commercial delivery and spend, ensuring that the brand equity is protected as well as driving margin improvements
- Develop and execute 3-year vision and in year plan for brand - identifying growth opportunities both long and short term and cross channel
- Development and delivery of a pipeline of innovations/renovations that will grow the brand
- Shape and implement brand plans and use effective channel/marketing mix to deliver goals. Lead the development and implementation of through-the-line campaigns, including digital comms and in store activation
- Using brand performance to identify key opportunities for growth & recommendations
- In-depth understanding of attitudes and behaviours of target audiences

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Outstanding project leadership and management skills
- Managing complexity and uncertainty with a passion to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, able to lead and influence across all functions and levels
- Entrepreneurial & commercial acumen
- Not afraid to get hands on and work across all areas of mix and priorities
- People leadership: Able to lead and influence across the business - Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver brand goals and excellent execution
- Degree qualification, professional Marketing Qualification (beneficial)
- Experience within blue chip FMCG/consumer environment (beneficial)
- Demonstrated ability to shape the strategic & comms agenda and to drive the brand with pace and agility in a highly competitive marketplace
