At **Home Instead Fareham and Gosport** we are looking to expand our team of Evening Care Assistants across the Fareham and Gosport areas. We are looking for kind, caring and passionate individuals to join our team.

We have opportunities for **Part Time evening hours and Full Time hours** throughout the day and evening. Our aim is to provide outstanding care to our clients who live in and around Fareham & Gosport. No previous experience is required as full induction training is provided no matter what your level of experience is.

Being a **Care Assistant** means you need to be adaptable, personable but ultimately put others first. Your role responsibilities will include:

- Medication assistance
- Home help; assisting clients to have a tidy environment
- Companionship; building connections and assisting clients to engage in activities such as crafts and accessing the community
- Personal care; ensuring clients are maintaining their personal hygiene
- Fluid and Nutrition; helping our clients to establish a well rounded diet and maintain healthy fluid intake

**Requirements**:

- No previous experience required; thorough in-house induction assessment and ongoing training will be provided.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
- Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, grocery shopping, and errands.
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities.
- Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and your own transportation.
- Must be 18+
