**Overview**
You will be working within a team of 10 others and you will be managing daily logístical administrative processes (completion of paperwork, maintaining of databases and processing of invoices).

**Responsibilities**
- Managing of daily logístical administrative processes (completion of paperwork, maintaining of databases and processing of invoices) including;
- New machines delivery paperwork
- Processing / recording of demo paperwork
- Processing / recording of paperwork regarding the collection / movement of machines
- Assist with the updating of the rental fleet database to show location of machines
- Ordering and processing of invoice regarding stationery and consumables.
- Inventory Management - completion of admin related tasks and processing of data on SAP in relation to the disposal or returning of products and parts
- Data capture for report preparation for various topics including Commercial Fleet and the Environment
- Management of pre-paid / online accounts for toll roads, tunnels, bridges etc
- Processing and recording of driving related penalty charge notices and notices of intended prosecutions
- Completion of admin tasks for the short-term hire of vehicles
- Management of the 6 week commercial fleet inspection planner
- Scheduling the service and maintenance visits for on-site equipment
- Maintaining supplier details on file and compliance
- Develop and maintain knowledge of legal requirements and best practice related to logistics, commercial fleet and facilities management, including health and safety and environmental matters, thereby reducing legal risks, protecting the Company’s reputation and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Supporting the Operations Supervisor and Manager, and the wider UK Management Team on the delivery of key tasks and projects to ensure the achievement of strategic priorities and delivering continuous improvement in our ways of working.

**Requirements**:

- GCSE English (Grade 4) essential
