**£13.45 per hour**
- D is a 32-year-old man who lives in _**Frome**_. D has learning disability and autism. D is looking for a male support worker to join his team. D likes going for long walks, playing console games, going out for food, visiting new places, and wrestling. D is having a 2-1 support, and he can present behaviours that challenge._
- D is looking for a male support worker, who is over 21 years old, with a clean driving licence (due to D having his own mobility car/insurance)._
- D would like support workers to have experience supporting someone with autism and learning disabilities. His support involves support with personal care._
**JOIN A’S MICRO-TEAM IN TROWBRIDGE**
**15-30 HOURS PER WEEK (CONTRACTED AND GUARANTEED), WITH 1-2 SLEEP-IN A WEEK.**
**£12.35 - £12.65 PER HOUR**
**£63.00 PER SLEEP-IN**
- A is a 36-year-old man who lives in his own home in _**Trowbridge**_. A enjoys going for long walks, going swimming, and accessing the local community._
- A is looking for an active support worker, who is over 21 years old, with a clean driving licence (due to A having his own car/insurance). A has autism. A needs support to maintain his emotional and physical wellbeing and to navigate day to day life. A needs support staff that can help him feel safe and who can work with him in a therapeutic way that facilitates this. His support does not involve personal care._

This is achieved by creating small, bespoke, dedicated teams of people who are selected by the person supported and who work to enable the person to fulfil their goals, hopes, dreams and aspirations. We call these bespoke teams Micro-Teams.
**YOU FIRST WILL**:
- We pay your hourly rate from the moment you start working with us, there is no probation rate
- We pay 35p per mile for EVERY mile you travel, including commuting miles
- We offer permanent, full time, part time and casual contracts and you can choose what works best for you and your needs
- You will have a permanent contract that provides you with guaranteed regular hours
- You will have a full induction before commencing work and this will include person specific training and shadow supports
- Each team has a Slack (virtual message board) page when you can obtain feedback and support from fellow team members and managers
- We operate a 24-hour On Call facility, so you always have access to support in emergency situations
- We do not use Zero Hour Contracts
- We provide an occupational pension
- We have an Employee Assistance Programme meaning you and your family have access to free and confidential 24-hour counselling and support
- We meet the cost of your DBS check
- You will receive full training and bi-monthly supervision
- If you are new to social care, you will be supported through your Care Certificate in paid time
- You will have the option to study for a nationally recognised Diploma
- You will have your roster 4 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your life Your roster will be in the form of an App.
You will need to be a car driver.
