Fantastic opportunity to join an established & growing business in Boston, Lincolnshire as a HR Generalist on a permanent basis. An exciting and varied role working across all aspects of Human resources and Personnel in a hybrid working with a mix of workform home and in offices

**Description**

HR Generalist duties and responsibilities;
- Employee relations - coach and guide line managers on best practice, lead meetings
- First point of contact for all HR queries
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding process: scheduling interviews, creating contracts and offer letters
- Review and update policies where necessary
- Manage the onboarding and induction process
- Update the HR system and maintain accurate employee records

**Profile**

HR Generalist experience and characteristics;
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
- 2-5 years' experience HR Experience with ideally some exposure advising line managers
- Driven
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communicator
