**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
- Maintain financial records using and assist with budgeting processes.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in clerical duties and office management systems is required.
- Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective collaboration within the team.
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
