- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison with Dynamic Yield and other partners, maintaining strong relationships to drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

**What You’ll Bring**

We’re seeking a motivated, technically minded professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll bring a passion for eCommerce, a deep understanding of personalisation and optimisation, and the ability to drive meaningful results.
- 2-3 years of eCommerce experience, with expertise in optimisation and personalisation.
- Technical proficiency, including experience with HTML, QA processes, and content management systems.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Commercial and results-driven mindset with a focus on profitability and performance.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally and manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- A supportive team-oriented attitude with self-motivation and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

At Sephora, your contributions will shape the future of our digital experience, ensuring our brand continues to lead and innovate in the beauty industry.
