A talented SEO Specialist who has the ability to initiate, advise and collaborate on campaigns and implementation for clients is required by a growing and leading agency based in Manchester. You will establish best practice, educate stakeholders, and co-ordinateongoing visibility efforts, including onsite and offsite optimisation. An annual salary of circa £40,000 plus benefits is available depending on experience.

**What you will be doing**:

- Responsible for providing an expert level SEO analysis including; keyword research and targeting, competitor analysis, content and backlink audits, end to end outreach and engagement strategy.
- Achieve organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Identify KPIs with clients
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
- Identify problems/ deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Provide SEO input to website build projects, working alongside UX, design and development teams
- Collaborate with Web Developers, Account Handlers and the Creative Team
- Manage freelance resource if required, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction
- Collaborate with the Social and Digital team on internal strategy planning and pitch work.

**What you will need;**
- Able to plan projects and deploy in the right platform/language
- Excellent understanding of technical tactics
- Off page experience essential
- the ability to write copy content and link build
- Outreach experience desirable
- Both B2B and B2C experience desirable
- Awareness of commercial impact of projects
- Provide proactive, hands-on client support and provide recommended courses of action

**Salary**

Circa £40,000 plus benefits
