Within the Care in the Home division, we support children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker **with our young client in **Crawley.**

**When you'll be working**:

- Days and Nights available
- Days: 6 hour long days: Mornings (8am-2pm) or Afternoons (2pm-8pm)
- Waking nights: 8pm-8am
- Part Time or Full Time available

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our 17 year old male client with complex health needs, in his family home.

This will involve supporting with personal care, moving and handling, medication and clinical equipment including his PEG feed.

Full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

**What you'll have**:

- Kind and caring nature
- Flexibility & reliability
- Good communication skills

**What to look forward to**:

- 11.50 - 13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
- Full **specialist training**, shadow shifts, and **ongoing support** from the Care Manager provided
