**Office Housekeeper**

**Location: Royal William Yard, Plymouth**

**Hours: Monday to Friday - 15 hours per week**

**Shift pattern: Ideally 7-10am or 5-8pm but flexible**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Pay: £10.42 per hour**

**The opportunity as a Office Housekeeper**:
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to take on a variety of cleaning and organising responsibilities at our office based at Royal William Yard.

You will have attention to detail and take pride in maintaining our office to a high standard by completing daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc tasks.

**Responsibilities included as a Office Housekeeper**:

- Cleaning office throughout which will include a kitchen, two bathrooms, main office and small meeting rooms
- Office upkeep such as preparing meeting rooms for use and general tidiness
- Disposing of office waste and recycling
- Replenishing stock in drinks fridge, breakfast items and bathroom supplies
- Check lights and fittings for replacements or fixes needed
- General maintenance of the office by organising contractors, for example decorators or handy person

- Attention to detail
- Time management and prioritising skills
- Ability to work on own initiative whilst maintaining high level of performance
