We are looking to recruit a Recruitment Advisor who will provide a comprehensive recruitment advisory and transactional administrative service to client directorates, ensuring that recruitment is undertaken in a timely and professional manner having regard for cost, quality and Trust policy. You will be working closely with directorate line managers and clinical staff to deliver their workforce recruitment and administrative needs.

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office, as needed. And due to the nature of this role, you must be prepared to travel to multiple locations throughout Hampshire supporting recruitment activity.
