**About the role**:
We’re looking for a motivated and curious Marketing Apprentice to join our digital marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels while studying towards a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship.

**What you’ll be doing**:
You’ll support the marketing team while developing your skills across digital channels. Tasks will include:

- Assisting in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Supporting basic performance tracking and reporting (e.g. CTR, ROAS, CPA).
- Helping to write ad copy and coordinate creatives.
- Conducting keyword research for SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Assisting with on-page SEO tasks such as metadata, internal linking, and content optimisation.
- Learning how to use key digital marketing tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio).
- Helping maintain affiliate relationships and monitoring partner activity.
- Supporting campaign rollouts, UTM tracking, and marketing calendar updates.
- Contributing to the creation of short-form content, such as landing page copy and ad text.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A genuine interest in digital marketing, particularly PPC and SEO.
- A desire to build a long-term career in the field.
- Some foundational knowledge or exposure to platforms like Google Ads, SEO tools, or social media marketing.
- Strong written communication and great attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn.

**Entry requirements**:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

**Working hours**:
40 hours per week.
