**Trainee Recruitment Consultant**Rapier Employment is looking to employ a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. You will be working alongside a small team to learn both driving and industrial desks. We are looking for someone that has real passion and is willingto learn all key aspects of the job. You will need to be a real team player and have excellent communication with the team.
**ROLE INFORMATION**:

- Contacting applicants to qualify
- Updating social media on all platforms
- Compliance
- Learn both driving and industrial desks
- Assisting with payroll
- Interviewing applicants and CV search

**HOURS**:
08:00am - 17:00pm
Monday to Friday
**BENEFITS**:

- 24 days holiday per year + Bank Holidays
- Support to achieve professional qualifications

**SALARY**:

- £19k-£21k depending on experience

**YOU WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Experience in an office or busy work environment is essential
- A 'Can Do' attitude
