TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an awesome company in the commercial space. This well-established company specialises in agile working environments, to building consultancy, refurbished laboratory, or office space, as wellas relocation and high-spec fitouts.

The position is based at their head office in Berkshire, however there is the opportunity for part hybrid working 2/3 days a week. Travel will be required to Thames Valley, Oxford, London, Slough, and surrounding areas.

**The Salary for this role is £80,000 per annum DOE**

**This role involves**:

- Managing the project from award to completion.
- Working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlines.
- Successfully managing complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
- Managing and cost planning throughout the project.
- Managing and placing subcontractors’ packages.
- Working with end user clients.
