Job Overview:
Rainfords Longridge Ltd is a well respected leader in Logistics in the North West, and we’re looking for highly motivated, customer focussed couriers to join our expanding operation in conjunction with one of the UKs leading parcel distribution companies

We are looking for self employed drivers with their own vans who are interested in Saturday work, with the opportunity to work occasional midweek shifts for us too.

**What kind of driver are we looking for?**
- Held a valid driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on your driving license (No DR, DG, IN, MS or TT related endorsements)
- Pass a criminal record check
- Over 25 years of age for insurance purposes
- Have your own portable battery pack & phone holder
- Fit and healthy - the role is of a physical nature
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Can speak English
- Good problem solving skills
- A degree of local knowledge

**What does the job involve?**
- Safe & responsible driving
- Loading parcels onto the van
- Planning the most efficient route
- Parcel delivery around the North West
- Maximum parcel weight of 40kg

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,900.00-£34,500.00 per year
