We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to join our wonderful team here at Chestnuts Day Nursery (Barnwood) and lead a nursery that sits at the heart of the local community.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- You will be educated to Level 3 or above in Early Years and have a minimum of two years’ experience in a nursery management role
- You will be an inspirational and reassuring figure at the nursery, as comfortable communicating with parents and children as you are providing your team with the guidance and support they need to succeed
- You will be a natural when it comes to developing a strong nursery team that feels valued, knows their job, and are confident in their role

**What will your role as a Nursery Manager look like?**
- Leading the way at Chestnuts Day Nursery (Barnwood), you will support and develop your colleagues, be a friendly face for our parents and create a positive environment in which children and your nursery team can thrive
- Of course the role does come with the usual paperwork and administration, but you will be supported every step of the way by a group support centre that is on hand to help with everything from HR advice to marketing your nursery
