The role will include visiting houses daily across our Wanstead, Loughton, Hornchurch, Ongar & Colchester branches, and preparing property marketing daily.

**Summary**

As a Photographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos that align with the vision of our organisation, and attract buyers or tenants to our clients properties. Reporting to the COO, you will utilize your core skills in photography and premium skills in Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce stunning visuals. Your expertise in photo editing and video production with tools like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro will enhance our multimedia projects. Additionally, your relevant skills in journalism and social media management will help convey compelling stories through your work, contributing to our brand's narrative and engagement.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in photography with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Capture One and Final Cut Pro for photo and video editing
- Strong photo editing skills with attention to detail
- Experience in journalism and social media management to enhance visual storytelling
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

**Responsibilities**
- Capture high-quality photographs for various projects, ensuring attention to detail and composition.
- Edit and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop and Capture One to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver results on time.
- Create social media content by curating engaging visual content.
- Stay updated on photography trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and creativity.

The role will include traveling to properties across East London and Essex, so having your own car/motorbike is needed.

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
