Administrator Apprentice

An excellent and exciting opportunity has opened in our Technical branch for an Office Administrator. This is a new role where you will be assisting the Technical team with day to admin tasks as well as working closely with business leaders to support their needs.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn and wants to get stuck into everything administration.

**What will you be doing?**
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times and booking rooms
- Assists in planning and arranging events from the Christmas party to team lunches and events
- Maintain stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
- Interact with directors/management and carry out their requests
- Create agendas and takes meeting notes
- Liaise with our Landlord and other external providers to arrange relevant visits when required
- Purchasing of equipment for the Technical team
- Managing and submitting monthly expenses for the team through SAP Concur
- Assisting the HR Department with the induction process of new technical staff by ordering relevant equipment, completing IT new starter forms and assisting managers with first day arrangements
- Manage building access requirements
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the Director and business leaders
- General facilities management
- Provide cover and assist where necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,500.00 per year
