Trainee Sign Maker/installer

As a Trainee Sign Maker/Installer, you will be integral to our team, responsible for creating and installing high-quality signage for various clients. This role requires knowledge of, and proficiency with hand and power tools.
You will report to the Senior Sign Fitter and will be expected to demonstrate strong customer service and communication skills while adhering to safety protocols, including heavy lifting when necessary.

You'll receive instruction on the production of a wide range of sign and display solutions, exhibition products, creating banners, printed vinyl graphics and point of sale.

You'll be expected to assist with on-site installations with Exhibition Displays, Signage, Banners and Vinyl graphics. Ability to occasionally work at height with the use of access equipment such as scaffolding and cherry pickers.

You'll be reliable and have a strong work ethic. Our team are hardworking & committed team players.

While the majority of work will be based in the Central Belt, you should be prepared to work away from home when the need arises.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate hand and power tools to create and install signage according to specifications.
- Ensure proper handling and lifting of heavy materials during installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
- Travel to various job sites, transporting tools and materials as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Pay: From £9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
