We have an exciting opportunity for two Asset Management Consultants to help support the development of this highly successful area of our business. The suitable applicant will be based in London but will work on projects throughout the whole of the UK.

**The role**:

We provide a service to meet the aspirations and needs of our asset-intensive clients (e.g. rail, highways, utilities, aerospace, etc). Our past delivery to these clients has allowed us to build a track record of delivering an innovative, professional, and reliable service. Our asset management consultants provide quality technical guidance, help manage/deliver projects/commissions, build lasting relationships with our clients, and support business development activities.

You can also expect to work across a varied portfolio of work that includes helping clients develop strategies, business cases / sponsoring projects, advising on developing Asset Management capability, and evolving asset management business processes. We seek to ensure our clients maximize the value of their assets within their constraints.

In line with our successful growth and further project work in the pipeline, any successful applicant can expect to be tested daily whilst being given the freedom and support to play a crucial role in the growth of our team.

**Your duties will include**:

- Using business intelligence to build relationships with clients and help them to realize their full potential across their assets
- Ensure that clients are being taken through transformation programs where possible and helping them to achieve key goals
- Play a key role in supporting colleagues to deliver on a project
- Lead packages of work and also engage on projects across the portfolio

**The team**:
Our current Asset Management Team have ambitious growth plans for the coming 12 months as they look to treble in size to cope with the demands of project pipelines. Coming in during a key phase of expansion for the department you can expect to be mentored but also given the freedom to manage your projects.

**Skills and experience required for this role**:
**Essential skills**:

- Relevant industry experience in asset management in a consultancy environment or an asset-intensive industry including highways, rail, utilities, or energy
- An outstanding knowledge of how to interpret data that will best support our clients
- Experience in delivering asset management improvement projects
- Strong project management and delivery skills to ensure that our rate of completion is high

**Desirable**:

- Experience in delivering data and digital transformation projects is an advantage

**Qualifications**:

- **Membership (or the desire to work towards) of a member of a professional body
