**COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR** Menzies Distribution are looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join our team. You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers. Providing a first-class service with our team in Coventry, this role is based on a basic 40-hourweek working Monday to Friday.

**COMPLIANCE SUPERVISOR DUTIES**:

- Comply with all company quality, security and Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Carry out investigations or incident reports in relation to any vehicle incidents.
- Monitor driver behaviour through Telematics and provide information to Transport Manager to enable him to challenge any unsuitable behaviour patterns.
- Through liaising with your Site Planners that you are fully aware of any delays and possible issues with delivery.
- Liaise with the Customer as required in relation to delays and possible issues with delivery.
- Source local agency drivers as and when required providing an accurate brief of job required.
- Ensure adequate Pre-Briefing of Drivers is taking place
- Ensure adequate De-Briefing of Drivers upon their return
- Conduct regular meetings/ reviews including probation assessments and return to work interviews
- Complete daily driver audits
- Check DRR paperwork to ensure all is completed correctly

**REQUIREMENTS**- Experience of working in a busy Transport office
- Knowledge of Driver Hours, Tachograph and WTD Legislation
- Strong negotiating skills
- Good standard of education
- IT literate
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Knowledge of transport systems
