**My client is a global leader in the fine art transportation industry looking for experience Shipping Coordinators to join their successful team.**

**Daily duties will include**:

- Coordinate international shipments
- Handling of import and export documentation, invoices, EUR1s, customs declarations and licenses etc
- Keeping up to date with HMRC import and export guidelines
- Maintain file
- Maintain existing client base and building relationships with new clients
- Preparing invoices
- Working on projects
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Liaising with galleries, overseas agents, offices and relevant parties

**Skills needed**:

- Previous experience in the fine art industry is massively advantageous however not essential,
- You must have previous experience in a shipping role
- PC literate
- Outstanding customer service skills
- PC literate

**All levels of experience within the fine art / high value luxury goods shipping will be considered Saalary range £30-34k
