The Supervisor role:
- Provide support and encouragement to the sales team to ensure they and the store meet daily, weekly, and monthly store targets.
- You will ensure you are fully knowledgeable of the season's current trends and use this to train the team to enable them to maximise sales opportunities and deliver a world-class service every time.
- Lead by example in providing the highest level of customer service.
- Support management in providing coaching sessions for the team to aid their development in luxury service.
- Assist management in the seamless operation of the daily running of the concession by completing daily planners, setting individual targets, assigning lunch breaks, and ensuring optimal floor cover at all times.
- Ensure your concession is immaculate at all times, including windows, in-store displays, and mannequins, following the seasonal Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Make sure the team complies with the company's timekeeping and attendance expectations.
**Requirements**:
- Motivate, energised individual with a positive attitude towards the role.
- Previous experience in a luxury brand is ideal.
- Experience in menswear is necessary.
- Strong commitment to luxury customer service.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients, colleagues, and other members of management.
- Ability to coach and mentor junior members of staff.
