FTSE 250 Total IT Solutions & Services Provider with their heart based in the Midlands, are urgently require a focused, professional client facing Network Service Lead who has the desire to elevate and position themselves toward the upper echelon of NetworkSolutions and Services.
In this role you will be based between the Architect (the designer) and the Gamma team (the deployment). **Liaising and working with the architect with the HLD and then converting it into LLD and explaining it too the Gamma team to deploy**. This post will enable you to work in a multi-sector arena initiating and delivering varied Network Solutionsto a diverse clientele that include MoD, MoJ, Public Sector, Education, Banking & Finance, Retail, Hospitality & Leisure, ultimately increasing your overall portfolio.
Ideally, you will have earned your stripes as a Network Engineer and then earned impressive battle scars as a Network Lead and/or Senior Engineer.
**To secure this post**:
- You will be influential describing the evolution of Network Solutions
- You will need to be an advocate of documentation able to produce clear and concise information through the solutions process from inception to completion
- You will scope and assess for network infrastructure improvements
- You will define and justify network service solutions
- You will balance critical functional and quality of service for Enterprise Networks
- You will need to ensure business requirements are translated into Network Solutions which align with strategy, standards, and industry best practices for your clients.
You will need a knowledge of supporting network and connectivity technologies, including but not limited to: Local site connectivity utilising Cisco, Cisco Meraki, Palo Alto, Cloud Networking, Wi-Fi as well as MPLS / Circuit / Resilient Connections for largesite connectivity (Corporate locations, Contact Centre Services), Internet connectivity, IPVPN services, IP Voice over MPLS/QoS networks, wired and WIFI LAN services, SD-WAN/GWAN services.
