**Your impact in the role**:
- Reporting to the Tenancy Progression Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the customer journey for our tenants and will be responsible for:
- Managing customer databases and ensuring they are kept up to date
- Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
- Supporting customers through the tenancy referencing process
- Ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements related to lettings are adhered to
**What you'll bring**:
- Knowledge of the London UK Lettings market
- Previous tenancy progression experience with ability to negotiate tenancy agreement terms
- First class customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with ability to collaborate and build stakeholder relationships
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced target driven environment with a track record of meeting deadlines
