General Manager

Full time - Monday - Friday
- Permanent
- **Kingsbury Based** (Agile and Hybrid working offered)
- Fixed base salary with performance bonuses
- monthly paid (**depending on experience**)

- **Knowledge or experience in removals or transport is desired **

**The Role**:

- To deliver to all customers key areas within the business
- Service Delivery and Operational Cost Control
- Administration Processes
- Management Information
- To lead and manage all activities including sales coordination, case management, operations and administration
- To drive marketing activities
- To deliver annual, budgeted sales, gross profit and net profit targets
- To supply cost effective and time efficient pricing for all major bid opportunities
- Take a leadership role across all business activities and when representing the division externally and internally
- To maintain regular and quality audit reports for both external and internal inspections
- To maintain accurate information to support financial management accounts and KPI’s to include correct WIP
- To ensure all administration tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- To manage all aspects of staff training, development and planning for key roles in the business
- To be aware of industry trends within the transport and removals sector
