We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson work within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Joinery Work: Installation: Fit and install joinery items accurately and securely in accordance with design plans and technical drawings. Ensure precise measurements, alignment, and proper functionality.Repairs and Maintenance: Assess and carry out repairs or maintenance work on existing wooden structures and fixtures. This may involve replacing damaged parts, fixing loose joints, or addressing other issues.

Tiling: Install and repair tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces. Ensure precise measurements, accurate cutting, and proper alignment for an aesthetically pleasing result.

General Building Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including repairing or replacing faulty fixtures, fittings, and equipment.

Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices, ensuring a safe working environment for oneself and others. Report any hazards or incidents promptly.

Communication: Effectively communicate with supervisors, team members, and clients regarding project updates, requirements, and timelines.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work carried out, including materials used, hours worked, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled trades role, with proficiency in carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling, and plastering.
- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., NVQs, City & Guilds) or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances or project requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high-quality workmanship and finishes.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety practices.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
