**Lettings Agent | Barrow In Furness, Cumbria | Full and part-time opportunities are available | Monday to Friday + Weekend Rota | Up to £25,000 FTE**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning local lettings agency based in Barrow In Furness that specialises in HMO Management. Not only this, you will join a small, growing, professional and entrepreneurial team.

Please note that whilst you will have regular hours there is a need, due to the nature of the business, to be available from time to time out of hours and participate in a weekend on-call rota.

**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Whilst no previous lettings experience is essential a can do, resourceful and flexible approach is
- You will be a strong team player with great administrative skills and the ability to juggle priorities
- You enjoy problem solving
- Customer service is paramount as is being a good clear communicator on all media
- A clean driving licence and access to a car is essential for this role

**What will your role look like?**
- First point of contact for all tenant enquiries
- Arranging and attending viewings
- Managing rental payments and administration
- Lettings management - managing end to end lettings process including documentation, deposit management and rental administration
- Co-ordinating maintenance
- Carrying-out property inspections and check-ins/outs
- Partnering with local authorities & specialist trades
- Managing rent arrears
- Contributing to and uploading social media content
- Providing an exceptional level of service and client account management
