**The Role**

As a **Retail Sales Assistant**, you will be at the forefront of engaging with customers, ensuring their experience is positive and informative. Your day will involve a mix of customer service and sales, with an emphasis on helping individuals choose energy solutions that work for them.

**Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Assistance**
- Welcome customers into the retail space, providing a friendly and helpful service.
- Answer questions about our energy products and services, ensuring customers understand their benefits.
- Help customers navigate their options to make informed decisions about sustainable energy solutions.

**Sales Activities**
- Actively promote and explain the features of energy products, offering tailored recommendations.
- Support sales goals by maintaining a professional and approachable sales style.
- Process transactions accurately and ensure all customer details are recorded correctly.

**Teamwork and Organisation**
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a smooth and efficient retail environment.
- Keep the retail space well-presented and stocked with current products.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to support improvements in services and offerings.

**What We’re Looking For**

To excel in this role, you should have:

- **Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK** (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- A friendly and engaging personality, with a passion for helping people.
- Confidence in communicating with customers face-to-face in a professional setting.
- A proactive attitude and interest in learning about sustainable energy solutions.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: £23,193.00-£25,036.00 per year

Additional pay:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:
