**Finance Administrator** (Part Time): permanent position - 15 hours per week, over 3 days
Hours/Days negotiable, starting salary: £10/hour with annual increases.
Due to retirement at the end of April, a position has become available to start early April if possible, working in a small modern office with one other administrator, for a Christian organisation.
We are seeking a finance administrator with general office experience and computer skills, including the use of a finance spreadsheet. Experience with databases and website maintenance would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite for the job. Familiarity with charity finance and making returns to the Charities Commission would also be an advantage.
**Job responsibilities**:
Purchase and sales ledger
Controlling petty cash
Liaising with auditors
Annual Charity Commission Returns
PAYE
Process card payments. Bank cheques received
Bank account reconciliation
General Administration
