Job snapshot
Working as part of the central function in our Service Centre you will play a key role in the successful running of the Demonstration and loan process across the UK businesses, as well as supplying technical support within the service organisation.

**Responsibilities**:Not limited to but will include**:
Demonstration Process

Be accountable for all of the logistics, Technical Support and administration of the Demonstration process.
Working with couriers to arrange collections and drop offs, dealing directly with the manufacturers and liaising with the Sales and Technical team to ensure that all demonstrations take place in a professional manner and to the required gold standard.
Responsible for the testing and upkeep of all the demonstration equipment, working with the UK Service Supervisor and Repair Team to ensure all the equipment is maintained and readily available.
You will be required to “build” the demonstration platforms ensuring the cleanliness of the equipment and carry out electrical testing and function checks to ensure the equipment is working to its optimum prior to despatch.
Carrying out quality checks and supporting the repair team as required
Responsible for ensuring any marketing needs are met for each demonstration
You will need excellent organisation and computer skills, ensuring all databases are kept up to date, and an ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail

Repairs and Loan Management

You will be responsible for the loan process across all business divisions, assisting with the placement of loan devices, carrying out repairs, servicing, and testing.

Customer Interaction

The ability to communicate confidently and effectively across all levels of the business including internal and external KOL’s

Service Database

You will take ownership of the asset management database for the loans and demonstration equipment, ensuring all master data is correct and updated in a timely manner, and when required loading contracts, renewals, and service jobs on the internal systems

Have a working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP would be beneficial
Have prior knowledge of the freight forwarding industry would be beneficial
Have a full driving licence would be preferred
To have a Proven Technical Background would be an advantage
