**About the client**:
Our client, who are a market leading, heating and how water specialist working within social housing properties are currently on the lookout for experienced Domestic Service and Breakdown Engineers to join their busy team on a permanent basis. You will beexpected to complete Service and Breakdown repairs to gas central heating and hot water systems within domestic premises.

**THE ROLE**:
Your main duties will be to:

- Attend customers’ domestic premises
- Undertake service and breakdown repairs to gas central heating and hot water systems
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer care
- Complete works to a high standard
- Communicate updates and work progress
- Ensure correct parts are identified and obtained
- Comply with stock order and audit procedures
- Work in accordance with Health & Safety and Gas Safety Regulations

**THE PERSON**:

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Have good communication skills both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2 years gas servicing and maintenance experience
- Have knowledge of the risk assessment process
- Essential Qualifications/Skills
- Must hold current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1)
