**Gibbs Gillespie are looking for a drive**n individual to join our successful Gerrards Cross branch as their new Sales Valuer. If you can see yourself loving the feeling of helping clients find their dream home, this is the role for you**

**You will need experience previously working as a Sales Negotiator/Sales Valuer, customer service and sales to be successful however,** you just need to be passionate about the service you offer and bravely step out of your comfort zone to provide the best service, pride yourself on integrity and respect your peers by knowing you are working as one team to achieve the same goal.

**Total Package: £50,000**

**What will you**r day to day look like?
- Identifying and maximising business opportunities
- Carrying out Valuations and Listings
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
- Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
- Negotiating and agreeing offers on property sales
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong relationships with local property owners and investors
