To be part of the catering team ensuring deliveries are taken and delivered to the four wards at Langley Green.

To ensure all dietary requirements are taken and delivered daily.

To support with preparation of food to assist the café.

To Deep clean the kitchen area and ensure we meet standards of cleanliness.

To follow Safer Food Better Business practices ensuring compliancy around temperature taking of fridges and freezers.

To report any defects to line management.

Ensure all deliveries are checked and stores delivered to wards.

Salad and sandwich prep for the patients and café.

Order special meal requests for dietary needs of some patients

Ensure all HACCP'S procedures are undertaken with compliance for Environmental Health Officer inspections

Support Supervisor with any catering related requests

Basic food hygiene course desirable but not essential as training will be provided.

We Are looking for a reliable weekend catering assistant to prepare salads, fillings for sandwiches, baps and rolls to our patients. To load delivery trollies with the daily food requirements, deliver to the ward and store safely.

Maintain high Hygiene and safety.; Keep your work areas clean and safe.
