We are currently seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating UK H&S projects which includes all UK asbestos removal. This also includes scheduling analytical appointments, managing analysts diary and ensuring that the financial records are all kept to date admin duties and answer any enquiries.

This role is a hybrid role looking for caniddates who can travel to the Wolvergamtoon office

**Key Accountabilities**
- Attending client meetings with the UK Technical Project Manager where required.
- To deal effectively with removal queries which come through to the general switchboard.
- To comply with the quality system and cooperate with the QC department including completion of the required calibration & audit schedule.
- Ensure good communication with both clients and the Operations Team.
- Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct, and act in accordance with SGS UK’s Equality & Diversity Policy.
- Ensuring quality, health, and safety objectives are met and where possible exceeded.

**Qualifications**:

- Full clean driving license for use in the UK
- Operations professional with related qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills - able to develop positive working relationships with people at all levels, both with colleagues and external clients/partners.
- Understanding of IT systems and process knowledge
- Effective people management techniques.
- Able to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy.
- Able to present a high degree of professionalism at internal and external meetings.
