**Senior Sales Negotiator in our busy Auction and Agency Dept which specialises in the sale of Residential & Commercial properties, land and investments.**

**Great Opportunity for an experienced Senior Negotiator who has been working in the property industry to join our Property Team in Clifton.**

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with a desire to progress within our company.

This is a 5-day working week, Monday - Friday with no Saturdays.

If you have a positive and committed approach and are looking to expand your existing estate agency skills in a fast-paced and exciting environment - this is the job for you. Properties being sold at our monthly auctions exchange on the day of the auction so there is no waiting for long and complex chains to complete before you earn your commission

This role offers huge variety and you would be dealing with residential and commercial properties, land, garages and investment properties throughout Bristol and surrounding areas.

**Essential Skills**

You will need to have Estate Agency or Auction experience.

Property Valuation experience is an advantage but full training will be provided.

A proven sales track record.

Ability to take initiative and prioritise own workload.

Ability to multi-task and work well as part of an experienced sales team.

This role offers huge variety dealing with residential and commercial properties, land and investment properties.

Full UK Driving Licence and own car is essential.
