Appointment Setter

My client, a well respected estate agency with inhouse mortgage advisors is looking to recruit an Appointment Setter/ Customer Care Exec to join them on a full time, permanent basis in their offices in Chelmsford. To be considered for this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes: > Previous outbound call experience > Natural and warm communicator > Good listener who can develop and maintain relationships with a variety of people > Upbeat and positive manner > Good IT skills > Proactive and self-motivated > Ability to ask good questions to better understand the needs of customers. Due to the nature of the role and being able to contact customers, the hours may vary, so some days you might work 9am-5pm and other days may be 11am - 7pm. This can be further explored and discussed at interview. My client offers a competitive salary of£18k-£23k plus performance related bonuses.
