Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Groundworker to join our team. As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of construction sites
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- assist with concrete paving installation's
- Assist with the installation and preparation of driveways and oatios.
- Help with the removal of debris and waste materials from construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

**Skills**:

- Construction knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, tools, and materials.
- Physical fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Attention to detail: Ability to follow instructions accurately and pay close attention to detail.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with team members.

Note: This is a paid position.

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
