Duties included within this role, but not limited to the following (Additional tasks may be given to the Sub-Contractor Coordinator at the discretion of the MDM or CM, if deemed appropriate):

- Support the selection and initial engagement of external vendors from SAP or other forms of request
- Provide confirmation of company competence or safety standards
- Facilitation of safety checks and inductions for all external vendors
- Provide additional support to the planning process for the attainment of vendor estimates - by exception when not the identified Task Owner
- Responsible for ensuring suitable RAMS submitted on behalf of the external vendor to the WCP Issuer
- Provide support for any external vendor Site visits
- Trouble shooter for task delivery problems experienced by external vendors - whilst in the role of Task Owner
- Contractor performance monitoring and improvement
- Provide external vendor performance feedback to Client GPS Team
- Task ownership of contractor only services (where no Site Services support required) is iaw Client’s workflow management process - MEMS 06.04
- Utilise the Client’s CMMS (SAP) for the electronic management of all Work Orders when acting as the Task Owner
- Use SAP Hold Codes to identify pauses in delivery Workflow
- Be prepared to attend JSA’s or HAZOP studies when requested
- Engage in internal audit programmes in support of the Contract
- Ability to work on challenging timelines and have the agility to readily switch focus when priorities change
- Demonstrate a pro-active approach to the role through the identification of improvement opportunities
